If you like Monopoly, and don't mind making your friends mad at you, then check out Board Kings. This is a board game that plays similar to Monopoly except each player has their own board and buildings to upgrade and perform upkeep on.

Other players can visit your board and cause havoc on your board by visiting it. While there they can land on buildings and cause damage, steal your coins, etc. You can do the same to them.
