490With a career spanning more than 40 years, Mix Engineer and Producer Bob Clearmountain’s credits include working with artists such as Bruce Springsteen and the Rolling Stones. Bob’s career started at the age of 19 as a runner in the shipping department at a studio; when Bob returned from running an errand, he was brought on to help assist as an engineer for Duke Ellington. Bob sat down to discuss the differences in the music industry from when he started until now, owning Mix This Studio, and his relationship with Apogee Electronics.
