I was capturing the game the entire time with a Steam VR window in front of the game.
The little stupid Steam VR window was up the entire time that I was recording the stupid dumbass
parkour Run.
You'll never see the beautiful holistic moment that, after having spent 10 minutes climbing,
my remote didn't accept my button press so I fell all the way from the top of the obstacle
course to the bottom.
You'll never experience the breakthrough moment where I overcame adversity and actually completed
the entire obstacle course.
You'll never hear the thud when I punched a tile out of the drop ceiling that was very loud at
11:30pm at night while the mother of my child is trying to sleep in the room directly upstairs.
Or when I punched the Yankee Candle.
But even with all those things you'll never be able to experience, aside from the fact you just did
because I decided to show that footage anyway even though it's embarressing that I recorded for that
length of time with that fucking window up, even though you won't experience those things I still
consider this session a very good session because I managed to progress in the storyline of the game.
The only other details you really miss in the start of the recording is where I believe I've figured
out the way to unlock the key that appears on the crane map and I theory crafted some of what I think
is the story thus far both of these things I think are incorrect now. You also missed me struggling
in the obstacle course and I do get pretty angry in a somewhat comedic way but I decided not to
include it because it's only kind of funny and get repetitive after a while.
So after I finished trying out the parkour experience I returned back to the HUB and checked to see if
by playing the experience maybe something changed and I was able to progress - nothing was immediately
apparent to me but I revisted the crane mechanism at the top of the hub and discovered what I was
supposed to do.
If you don't want to spoil this part for yourself move to the timestamp I've printed on the video and
in the future I'll try not to spoil puzzles for you if you appreciate that at all?
So I realized that I could pick up the orange balls that I had remarked earlier in the playthrough but
I thought they couldn't accessed. Once I realized I could do this by accident and I kind of wish I had
