DC-Coupled all the video output lines- the Composite Video line, both Y & C S-Vdieo lines, and all three R, G, and B lines. Also a FULL teardown and cleaning!

BTW, that CRC Contact Cleaner is awesome! Super cheap from Walmart too. I have it linked below. It smells and dries super fast like Toluene. Amost positive that there is Toluene in there. We used to use Toluene for cleaning military jet PCBs that had a coating on them to prevent shorts from condensation.

Ailment: No Composite Video, AC-Coupling capacitor on Composite output line bad.

Cure: Eliminate the AC-Coupling capacitor and DC-Couple the Composite Video output line.
