Here we have the Storm Front Grenade Mod. You obtain this by killing the rats in the sewers in Bloodshot Stronghold. The rats are named Lee, Mick, Dan and Ralph, an homage to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

You can farm these guys after completing and turning in the mission Splinter Group given by Tannis in Sanctuary

The Storm Front Grenade has some serious potential when used effectively. It fires off 5 electrical spikes plus the inital landed spike making 6 total each doing the full displayed damage, dependant on the level yours drops at. Massively effective at annihaliting enemy shields or clearing out zones of low level enemies.
