After beating Dragon's keep on normal mode then doing the mission Fake Geek Guy you get the mission Raiders of the Last Boss to fight the raid boss Ancient Dragons. Run a level 50+ character against them for an easy way to rack up piles of eridium. After clearing the dragons and harvesting the mimics you can use save quit to jump back to the start then exit the area and it restarts so you can do some quick and easy eridium grinding.
