Hey guys, back with another Borderlands 2 video and today, I figured we could go ahead and talk about Passive Weapon Effects in Borderlands 2. Unlike Special Weapon Effects, which can be found on every unique weapon, Passive weapon effects are effects or attributes of certain weapons that can be transfered from one weapon to another. For example, you have Moxxi passive healing, crit boosting with the lady fist, as well as other more nefarious exploits or glitches like the Flakker Ahab and Pimperhab glitches that essentially are the same thing.
