Extract dxvk x64 dxgi.dll & dx11.dll to to \Borderlands3\OakGame\Binaries\Win64
Create dxvk.conf file in the same directory, open with text editor and add these lines, then save the file:
dxvk.enableAsync = true
dxvk.gplAsyncCache = true
d3d11.samplerAnisotropy = 16
