Amanda doesn't play first person shooters and I really like the Borderlands games and the question is this "is Borderlands 3 a good entrypoint for someone who has never played an FPS before". I think it might be the best entry in the franchise for new players because of a number of game game mechanics that I believe make this game in particular very noob friendly. Amanda is a gamer, she plays a variety of other genres of games but this is her first full on FPS experience.

VRStuz is very good at all kinds of first person shooters including those in VR. I have been introducing him to the Borderlands franchise as a whole and I had him pick a character with more technical talents that reward a more talented player.

I enjoy a good FPS myself, looter shooters are really fun when done right and I've never tried these games multiplayer so I'm also getting a fresh experience. If you're interested in FPS games but you're scared to try the genre this might be the game for you.
