Sakura Sage's POV: "The time to put an end to Luther the Fallen has arrived, not to mention that it's personal due to him forcing me to fight against my fellow ARKS ops and forcing me to dispose Xion in the process as well, if only he wasn't obsessed with wanting all the knowledge things could have been different, but he has to fall along with the Corrupted Mothership Xion (AKA: Former Corrupted Mothership).
Well, enough story for now, the Urgent Quests this time are called "The Cunning Black Winged Vanguard" and "The False Champion: Luther the Fallen", in order to qualify for the battle against Luther, you have to complete Black Winged Vanguard 1st, you can see a % rate meter on the screen to show our overall progress, the objective is to put it on 100% at minimum... however, it's nearly impossible to have it on anything less than 300% thanks to it's nature of being able to re-do it as much as we can/want during the 1st 30 minutes (if you're wondering what happens if the % rate is 99% or less at the end of those 30 minutes... well, we end up fighting a Luther impostor... noticeable due to having a smaller crown and bogus item drops than the real deal), and Luther himself, well, he has the power to stop time... but is far from perfect as either we can avoid the time stop or we can set ourselves free really fast, but one thing I can't lie is that Luther has some cheesy lines like "There must be some garbage in the formula!" or "You piece of ARKS trash!" (honestly, his enhanced version in the Alternate Dimension Omega is much more dangerous... yet still as cheesy with his lines)".
