Ran some tests today doing the First Encounter, trying to gauge how much XP is possible to gain and had some surprising results. Generally no queues on these games and they are all encounter so action is always constant. You get LESS xp per kill, but can grind out most ribbons in a peaceful scenario. i would highly recommend this mode for new players/characters to get a few ribbons or gear. Enemies drop SA/SMG so it's possible to grind any ribbons/badges connected to those.
Kills don't count toward Account kills, but deaths in this mode do
