i didn't use gales in Goron City in this video (saves only 5 secs) and there is a minor route change to 2nd flying machine (probably 10 secs faster?). (watch my PB:    • Breath of the Wild All Dungeons Speed...  )

Not perfect comarison. Flying machine route requires more foods and this video doesn't include it. You need to get Hearty Salmon before Rito's Village.
There are a lot of splices and probably looks weird at some points.
The speed 4 horse on the left is RNG (about 50% chance?). Stamina 3 means speed 4 but there is no good way to notice it before taming. The leader horse is always speed 3 + stamina 4 which is bad. So the flying machine route also removes bad RNG part.
