Psvita Guru found Out, dsound File (x64) must be replaced by another one to Bypass the freeze/Error
unfortunately fix didnt Work on Steam Version, will try GOG Version later.

@IkendaMori i tried ever settings, used gog and Steam Version. DXVK 1.10.3 and 2.1
Game will Crash or Freezes after moving science ship.
since you have a black shark with 12GB, i think 8GB is Not enough for 64bit Games.
