Brave Battle Saga: The Legend of The Magic Warrior - Final Boss & Ending
21I won't fault you if you wanna skip the 18-minute boss fight by jumping roughly 19 minutes into the video for just the ending.
So this is the final battle from Brave Battle Saga, a Taiwanese bootleg Sega Genesis/Mega Drive game from 1996, very recently (March 18th 2019) re-released on Steam by the new copyright holder Piko Interactive.

This recording is from the Steam version, which adds this neat little border when in full screen. I chose to record in full screen, because despite defaulting to the 320x224 Genesis resolution, the emulation has this strange pixel distribution where some lines still look fatter than they should and, the larger the scale is, the less obvious it becomes. Also it has a neat little border.
The last boss is actually a bit of a challenge, even if it drags a little. Most bosses in the game were relatively simple to beat all the way up to this guy, but the fact that there are more than one target in this fight means you get hit more and your "summons" will have reduced spell power because it divides the damage between all targets, which isn't something you want.
Basically what I found the most efficient was using Power-Up to buff people since it roughly (if not exactly) doubles your attack power for like 2-3 turns. Healing when necessary and maybe occasionally throwing a debuff spell out there, depending on the situation. I did a few offense spells in the video just to add a tiny bit of variety. I would have shown all the spells, but it would have potentially increased the fight duration by another 5-10 minutes.
I rendered this with too high a bitrate so the file is massive but I only realized it once it was like 66% processed.
