I just wanted to show what Joker Doom is like on my ROM (1.0.8), as well as a comparison to what it is in v 1.2.0. As you can see, the newer ROM doesn't teach Refract, unfortunately. That battle where I threw the Tincture was a mistake, I didn't need to manipulate the slots for the upcoming 7-7-BAR.
