He's not too much different from AtmaWeapon for the most part. I remember that he could do something dangerous...maybe it was Quasar again. It's getting harder to write the descriptions at this point because the memories are getting fuzzy. I think he has Meteor as well, which pretty much just gives my Magic Defense something to do. I want both Relm and Celes there because it makes it easier to keep up with Reraise, as Purge wipes it out every now and again in his first phase. Shadow's a good choice because he's the fastest character and he can get perfect evade with image. And finally, Edgar should not have been there, as Mog would have been a better choice to tank things, and so would Terra, for that matter, as Edgar isn't any faster than she is. If you need a reminder from the previous battle, he has Quake (Magnitude is less dangerous thanks to the Magic Defense), so Float is a must. A few times he outpaced me with Meteo or Tsunami, Meteor, etc (he may not have all of those, I'm trying to remember), but on this attempt he gave me a lot of turns to finish him off. I can't make any headway when he uses tricky attacks, but every free turn is really golden and I can make a lot of progress. Shadow/Relm are my best HFB throwers thanks to their evasion, but Edgar usually gets wiped from the counterattacks. I hold off on Celes a lot, as I want her prepared, and her evasion isn't much higher than Edgar's. A lot of his attacks are useless, kill off one person type of moves, just like his predecessor. Again, Slow is a must, as this guy doesn't need any more turns to kill you. I got lucky on Flare Star here, and it didn't kill everybody, although Edgar was really the only bad choice for the random level selection.
