Rules:
- The difficulty must be set to Hard for all fights the party participates in.
- EXP gain must be turned off (JP gain is still allowed).
- Norende must not be developed in any way. This is to prevent access to items, equipment, and special moves that can completely break the game.
- The use of Bravely Second is not allowed (not that you can get more SP with Citra, but still).

On lower difficulties this is a meme fight that can be won in two turns or less by getting a full party of Black Mages and making Zio go bzzzt. On Hard he has just enough HP for straight bum-rush tactics to not work, so some dedicated healing helps mitigate his damage, which while single target, does hurt quite a bit. I stupidly kept forgetting to get Ringabel a shield but it didn't matter that much in the end. Overall, nothing that exciting or interesting to talk about.

After this fight you get the Knight job, which is an absolute godsend for this run, more on that later.
