Rules:
- The difficulty must be set to Hard for all fights the party participates in.
- EXP gain must be turned off (JP gain is still allowed).
- Norende must not be developed in any way. This is to prevent access to items, equipment, and special moves that can completely break the game.
- The use of Bravely Second is not allowed (not that you can get more SP with Citra, but still).

There's a fair amount of thought that needs to go into this fight if you want to win with shitstats, namely how to deal with the heads. Both of them have a unique gimmick in that if you hit them with the element that they're weak to, they'll "deactivate" and won't use their elemental attacks for three turns. At turn four, they'll reactivate by spewing their signature breath attack, and since you can't resist both fire and water at the same time this early in the game, you need to kill one of the heads ASAP so you can focus on the other. Thief Ringabel can (usually) out speed the heads, so he has deactivation duty. You can steal one heavy damage item and one medium damage item per head, and with the medium damage item you find at Yulyana's hut, you get a nice 3,750 damage right off the bat thanks to Tiz. Dealing the 3,000 remaining damage belongs mostly to Agnes boosted by as many Black Resonance support skills I cared to get, and at the end, you should hopefully have killed the fire head.

Once one head is dead, the other head has a habit of burning all his BP at once, leaving him open to attack. I actually tried for a while to have the other party members live to make the fight go faster, but after multiple atttempts, I threw my hands in the air and had Edea solo the rest of teh battle with Hedge Risk. Thankfully, Vengeance gets a nice healthy 250% damage boost with the other three members dead, so she was more than capable of taking out as much as 1/6th of the boss' HP depending on luck.
