Seth meets up again with Sloan and learns about what happened to him since the last time they met.

Key Notes:

Companions
- New to the series is the ability to have temporary guest star party members to assist in battles occasionally (roughly every time your whole side has done an act).
- These companions differ in stats and abilities they can use to assist the party. You can't change them, nor they can get experience.
- Companions are a pretty smart bunch. If there is an enemy on the ropes, they will finish them off so you don't waste your time. However, if they possess any sort of healing move, they will prioritize aiding a weak party member.

Sir Sloan
- He is a beast in his own right. At this point in the story, Sloan hits like a truck, upwards to a single sword strike that deals over 700 HP of damage. It's not an exaggeration to say that he will ensure you'll be safe for a while.
- Other than that, he has two other skills: Musan Medicine, which restores 500 HP (basically twice as much as a regular Potion); and Phoenix Down, which revives fallen party members to 300 HP.
