The heroes attempt to stop the Kaiser for using the compass of time, but are too late and have no choice but to fight Anne, the evil fairy, after she uses the Ba'al's power to warp the moon to another dimension.

Although defeated, her goal is acomplished, as Luxendarc reaches the End Layer, a world whitout a future, and goes into a stasis, as time stops moving due to the moon's disappearance.

With no way to solve this problem via their own power, Yew bets it all on a plea for help directed to the player, to give them a second chance to stop the Kaiser and prevent the End Layer.
