This was... Inspired by a Gamefaqs poll.

Missingno. actually got pretty far in one of their yearly character polls. Beating Yoshi, and Crono... But then, his win streak was cut short. By Sephiroth. Being the fan of Missingno. I am, I felt it was needed to get revenge. ಠ_ಠ

Oh, and I FINALLY show off the overpowered version of Sephiroth's PSA...

And this is why I haven't shown it off until now. It's NOT much different. A few attacks are MUCH more powerful, though have the same speed, and hit boxes. Some moves don't cause freefall. He runs much faster. His air mobility is insane. And he has a bunch of jumps... Otherwise, he's pretty much exactly the same as the normal one.
