Break In on The PC Engine Files No. 78! (The Minnesota Fats of PC Engine)
7Looking to play some pool on PC Engine? Then Break In is for you. It doesn't feature endorsements from any of the major hustlers or players, including Rudolf Wanderone a/k/a "Minnesota Fats" as mentioned in the title, but honestly that's a marketing gimmick for most pool games on consoles anyway. All you need is a table, some balls, and good physics. The rest is window dressing, although in this case it's some better than average dressing, with a very pleasant to listen to soundtrack and pool sound effects that are acceptable per the limitations of the day. I can recommend this one to fans of pool particularly given the wide variety of table options and the fact that despite being a Japanese release the ENTIRETY of the game is in English (save for the name of one table variant).
