cS(3) HQV 66 jKSHD land 6H PQV kd SSA-TS lvl2 is arguably Venom's best meterless oki. It's one of the few oki setups that grants him a full charged ball hit AND an unchallengable airdash or empty low mix-up. However, the mix up you get is pretty rudimentary and can be fuzzy guarded (basically means with a single "blocking input" you would be able to both block the soonest empty low and a late airdash), and delaying the low manually could get you thrown.

What this oki does is use the mostly-for-teleport-and-sometimes-for-conversion H-in-P ball to add another layer to the mix-up that would break the fuzzy guard by giving you a later low that is still completely safe . So while they're stand blocking the charged ball, a falling jP would both hit them and BH the H-ball, negating pushback while still keeping them in blockstun so they can't throw the sweep to carcass, even with IB.

Obviously this won't work if they were crouch blocking the charged ball all the way thru, the jP would open them up, but since H-ball won't hit them, you get pushed back and you can't convert it to a big combo if you committed to the sweep upon landing.

On slot 1 I have an extra mix-up with jP+BH to Mad struggle, the BH will give you a decent amount of blockstun, but it's not enough to make it a true blockstring, and IBing it would give them a big enough gap to mash stuff and beat it, but I think the angle of this MS would make it hard to OS a sort of crouching P mash that would beat a MS or continue blocking the low in a true blockstring manner, so they probably need to do standing stuff like blitz or backdash or standing fast anti air buttons, all of which would normally be opened up with the low option. This is like maybe layer 3 of the oki mind game (1 is regular airdash/low, 2 is to beat the fuzzy guard, and 3 is to beat the read on you trying to break their fuzzy guard).

This works on everyone except Baiken cause she hunches back so low that the H-in-P ball can't reach her even standing! But then again this whole oki isn't super strong vs Baiken anyways cause you know Baiken things.
