Breath of Fire 3 Master Mygas Location
18Right after the events at Mt. Glaus, Nue Cave. Go spend whatever money you have inside the town of McNeil then head over to see Master Mygas. He will teach you skills for all of you money or for nothing if you spent it all. The Lower Ryu's level the better for learning abilities. Especially Frost which is the 1st skill you learn after just one level up. Here is the spells learned and levels ups needed and remember when Mygas is master you get more AP and Intelligence but your Power and Defense won't go up as fast. Frost (1 level up) Meditation (4 levels) Magic Ball (6 levels) Typhoon (8 levels) FYI Frost is good for Tar Man on Mt. Myrneg which are also a good way to level up if needed. The Skill Typhoon is good for enemies with high evasion.
