Breath of Fire 3 - Walkthrough part 29

In this episode Ryu and his party have to train Beyd, to get him strong enough to go to the lighttower and fix it. I divide his training into three parts.

1. Health
I let Nina hit him Momo defense and Ryu heal him. If you do it right (and you're lucky enough that Ryu does no Reparsial), he should be able to take hits from Ryu in the second night. The more damage Beyd takes the more Life he gets.

2. Defense
Let Ryu hit Beyd so he drops very low. If he is low on life Beyd starts to defend. Now let Nina hit him. Every hit Beyd takes while defending will increase his defense by one point. If he gets too low on healt give him one heal from Ryu or Momo. If you do that two or three nights Beyd's defense is so high that even Ryu's crits won't do any real damage.

3. Damage
At last I trained Beyd's damage. His Damage will increase if he inflicts damage to your party. Beyd now takes almost no damage, so let the party attack him. If he drops too low heal him so he doesn't defend. That way his damage and HP will increase.

Alltogether I trained him for 6-7 nights. I didn't record the whole training cause I think it's boring. I overdid it a little as you will see in the next episode.
