These are the submission guidelines for submitting puzzles to my channel.

Send the puzzle to me via email at bremster@elindal.net

Please include the following in the email.

The subject of the email should be
Puzzle Submission - Puzzle Title by Setter Name

If you are recommending a puzzle that you didn't create, that is perfectly acceptable, but please put in "Puzzle Recommendation" instead of "Puzzle Submission".

Then include the following in the email.

The title of the puzzle
Yes I know this was given in the subject, but it helps me when it's all together.

The setter's name
Possibly with some assistance with pronunciation.

An introduction to the puzzle (optional).
This can contain any details you want to include in the email.

Your discord name (optional)
I do most of my communication by discord, and this will help me reach out to you with details of the video and with any questions.
Remember a discord ID is a name with number after it. Mine is BremSter#0200

A link to the puzzle
This can be f-puzzles, SudokuPad or whatever.
It is a lot easier for me if I get an f-puzzles link along with anything else so I can use your baseline.

The puzzle rules
The details of what rules are used in the puzzle, and the details of any non-standard variants.

An image of the grid.

An estimated difficulty of the puzzle.
The standard ratings out of 5 seem to be the ones that most people understand.
Some details of testing times and who tested it can help with this.

Basic tricks or solve guide.
Please provide details of the break in and any of the tricks required to solve the puzzle. These will generally not be used, but it's important to me that puzzles get seen if I can, and I would prefer to use a hint to get a puzzle onto the channel if I get stuck than abandon because I couldn't solve it. Having this here will help your puzzle get seen.

A copy of the solved grid.
I will enter the solution in so that SudokuPad will check for the exact correct solution when the puzzle is completed. This will help me do this.

A couple of other things will also really help me.

What are your pronouns (he/him, she/her, they/them, etc)
I hate getting these wrong, so if you tell me in advance this will help me.

Is this puzzle published somewhere you want me to link to?
LMD link or archive number on the CtC discord archive are the main ones, but I will happily link to other locations if they are reasonable.

Are you happy for me to do other puzzles of yours?
If I am looking for a last minute puzzle, finding a puzzle by a setter in a published location and knowing I can record it and they won't be upset can be a huge help. This is NOT a requirement, saying "No, please always ask first" here will in no way reduce the chance your puzzle will get covered.

A couple of other things I need you to be aware of.

I will almost certainly cosmetically reset the puzzle to make the rules consistent with the wording on my channel and to make the puzzle elements look appropriate for video. This happens with most of the puzzles submitted to my channel. I will never change the contents of the puzzle, just the appearance. If you are not happy with this, please let me know.

I will always try to communicate when I have covered a puzzle, and when it will go live. I record in advance most of the time, so will often be able to show you a thumbnail and provide feedback sometimes days or even a week or so in advance of the video going live. This is just the way I work.

If you haven't heard from me in a few weeks after the submission, please feel free to reach out to me. I know there is nothing more frustrating than sending something off and never knowing if it's going to be seen or what is happening. I do not promise to cover every puzzle I receive, as that is not something I will ever be able to do, but I will do my best to ensure that everyone knows what is going on with their puzzles.

I have tried my best to keep this simple.

I look forward to receiving your submissions.
