My solve of "Sino De Times" by jeremydover, a sudoku using the German Whispers and Chinese Whispers constraints.

Puzzle Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- On red Chinese Whispers Lines adjeacent digits must have a difference of at most 2.
- On green German Whispers Lines adjacent digits must have a difference of at least 5.
