South vs North Collaboration
To represent the South, Brew by Numbers in London have teamed up with Yonder from Somerset and Staggeringly Good from Portsmouth.
All three breweries share the same passion for heavily fruited beers, combining their own expertise to craft a Pavlova-inspired sour beer. The resulting beer is stacked with Raspberry, Blueberry and Passion Fruit and hits a perfect balance between dessert sweetness and fruity acidity.
There were some issues with the first batch of our Pavlova Pastry Sour collaboration with Staggeringly Good & Yonder Brewing & Blending in Tesco, so we have decided to recall the remaining batch and replace it with a new and much improved second version! This time in colour, and with a greater involvement from our collaborators...
