Brighter Shores Free Steam Demo Gameplay 11-6-2024
0This video includes a portion of the Chapter 1 gameplay. What I really liked about this game was the unique quest adventures that you had to go on to solve the problems around town. They didn't seem mundane and you had to really read the text to be able to figure them out. On the other hand, the professions didn't appear at first glance to be very useful. They may be tied to questing, but I would normally expect them to do more than that in a MMO.
What I was most surprised about was the lack of lag, glitches, or disconnects for a Day 1 MMO release. Sure this game doesn't seem to have any mechanics for partying or trading, but it still was showing everyone else's actions in real time, which can cause issues.
