Britain's F-35B aircraft will be ready to use its weapons system to its best effect by the end of this year, say manufacturer Lockheed Martin. They are promising software upgrades will be made to allow the jet to better work with its air-to-air missiles, after tests found deficiencies in how the aircraft communicates with its weapons system. James Hirst has been speaking to the Chief Executive of Lockheed Martin in the UK.
