Here's an explanation and demonstration of one of Brogue's strongest build types, the reaping-charm build. This version uses a War Hammer, Reaping ring, and Invisibility charm as its core components, supported by haste and blinking staves. It has proven to be very powerful and got me a cozy mastery in the weekend contest, and should be viable for 25 lumenstone runs.
