One of the most recent pay-to-win additions to War Thunder came in 1.71, the Object 120. This filth vehicle was originally placed at 8.0 BR and although protected by very thin armour wasn't easily hull-breakable (from what I saw). Gaijin in their "wisdom" have decided to drop its' BR down to 7.7 and "adjust" the hull breaking mechanics for it. Note: this change was implemented before the BR "overhaul" from yesterday (17/10/17).

At a guess I'd say the change was due to poor sales for said vehicle; so as with previous premium units, Gaijin buffed it in two ways 1) lower BR so it gets to club WW2 units and 2) lower the chances of it being hull breaked. In their words "balanced" in anyone else's "pay to win" or "bullshit". This is just another desperate attempt to grab money by a company whose claim to fame is "historical accuracy" and yet they nerf both realism and any claims of historical accuracy with each new patch.
