The only reason I'm having any trouble at all here is because the game mechanics aren't explained to me. The game never even says anything about crouching, and the game never tells you that you can push a crate that is on top of another crate when you're standing on a lower level. That's the only interaction you can have with a crate that's on a different level from where you're standing. Imagine trying to play chess when no one ever explains to you how the pieces are allowed to move.
