RECIPE:

3 cups flour and slightly extra
1 cup water and slightly extra

1 tsp salt
1.5 to 2 tsp Yeast

1 tbsp Potato Flake
2 tbsp Olive Oil

Rise for at least 2 hours, preferably 8 hours, covered in wet cloth.

Cooks for 35 Minutes at 420 F.

Egg Wash optional, mix raw egg and water and use a silicon brush or a rolled up paper towel to apply the mixture before and every 10 to 15 minutes of cooking.

Cover cooked bread with a wet cloth to soften crust, then carefully dry with cloth or paper towel and store in a bag or cloth some time later.
