A handful of versus matches in Brutal: Above the Claw for the Sega 32X by GameTek. Player 1 (Duck) takes on Player 2 (MacDaddyNook) in a set of Street Fighter-style flighting matches.

While most people consider Shaw Fu to be the worst fighting game made, my vote goes to this trainwreck. At least Shaq Fu was playable, this, one the other hand, is not. Players can cheese single button mash attacks right off the bat and wipe out the opponent with no effort. The music is a lazy three tracks and the sound effects are just two voices for every character, including the female fighter getting a man's voice.
