A complete Chapter 1 walkthrough for BS The Legend of Zelda: Ancient Stone Tablets. Played in real time on Snex9x 1.55 with re-records used to optimize video length. Note that MSU-1 support for CD quality audio and original narration is added.

BS The Legend of Zelda: Ancient Stone Tablets was a Japan-only game released for the Satellaview add-on for the Super Famicom, developed by St. Giga and published by Nintendo. Released in weekly installments in 1997, it was almost a 2nd Quest to The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past since this game was nearly identical to it. However, there were some notable differences. The Pegasus Boots and the Shovel got makeovers in this game. You could now change directions with the Pegasus Boots, and the Shovel could now be used to dig rupees in the overworld. The story line was different, and the dungeons were much shorter compared to LttP. Also, cracked walls that can be bombed open were invisible in the first seven dungeons.

To continue the game from where you left off, copy your ".SRM" file and rename it. If successful, you should be able to start Week 2, 3 or 4 right from where you left off.

[15:50] Level 1 Boss: Armos Knights
The bosses in BS The Legend of Zelda: Ancient Stone Tablets take less hits to kill. The Armos Knights, for example, each take two hits with the Bow & Arrows to defeat. Except for the last one that turns red when five of them are gone.; that one takes arrows to kill and will try to jump you.

[30:20] Level 2 Boss: Moldorm
Two spin attacks from the rented Lv2 sword will kill the Moldorm without ever letting it speed up. Also, if you fall down that hole in the middle, you will only lose a full heart; you can't redo the Moldorm battle from the beginning in this game.
