I haven't done the map Chutes in a while, plus there was a collection event going on at the time of recording this, so I figured I would kill two birds with one stone while also bringing back a classic fun challenge! Cluster Bombs may not be able to pop Black Bloons on their own anymore, but that nerf really doesn't mean anything when Striker Jones is supporting them, who passively allows them to pop Black Bloons anyway.
So, to put it simply, nothing much has changed! Cluster Bomb spam is still a very powerful and highly effective strategy!
