Bug Fables - the obsession creating bug rpg (teddyras)
0You take one look at this and go: "ah, paper mario". Hold on though, this plays different. See, the people that made this thought paper mario didn't challenge the player enough, so they made hard paper mario for sickos. A lot of people hated that, so they rebalanced the game and put the old version in the hard mode badge. I played with that badge on the whole time, I'm sickos. You got 3 characters, no partners (well 1 sorta, don't worry about it), they slowly gain some extra overworld and combat abilities over the course of the game. There's different strategies based around giving your turns to other characters and position order, in addition to the usual badges and items. It's really neat. There's a reason a lot of people play this game and get obsessed with the freakin bug fables and when they see kabbu bug fables they go "kabbu bug fables!" and point right at em.
