Bug League of Legends Season 12: Attack move on cursor changed!

Old League of Legends Attack Move on cursor worked this way:

1) If something nearby cursor attackable, attack it.
2) otherwise if ANYTHING in range, attack it
3) If nothing in range at all, walk towards nearby cursor target.
4) if stumble over anything attackable along way attack it

New Bugged Leaguee attack move on cursor works like this:
1) Hunt down and attack thing nearest to cursor, NOTHING ELSE MATTERS.

I know exactly what causes this algorithmically, same as about 50 other bugs, but riot doesn't care. Just uncheck the box "Attack move on cusor" under game. Its bugged S12.
