I have been playing Ningguang on one of my accounts for a while now (she is one of my main DPS characters on that account) and notice that sometimes her Charged attacks have an abnormal startup delay. I finally found consistent replication steps that cause this behaviour (which could possibly be a bug).

Ningguang's Normal Attacks have 2 variants:

Variant 1:
- The rocks will spawn in a slight **up-right diagonal pattern** (left rock is lower than the right). She tends to twirl around when doing this attack, particularly when the attack is animation cancelled by a walk so she can attack faster.
*If standing still, there is a variant that still spawns her rocks in this manner, except she doesn't twirl.

Variant 2:
- The rocks will spawn in a **slight down-right diagonal pattern** (left rock is higher than the right). She does not twirl in this animation and will only wave her hands.

When performing Variant 2 of her attack, her Charged Attack gets an abnormally long startup delay before the attack actually goes off. This behaviour essentially leads Ningguang's Charged Attacks to have abnormal startup lag 50% of the time - it can be disruptive to your gameplay if you have to dodge by sprinting/jumping during this startup delay, as it will cancel your Charged Attack entirely if done before the attack actually goes off.
