So here's an obscure game, am I right? But it just so happens that this obscure game defines a lot of my childhood gaming experience. I didn't own any actual consoles, but I did have a computer, and so I ended up playing this, Sim City 4, and Roller Coaster Tycoon the most. This particular game, Bugdom, is the typical '90s computer game. Created by Pangea Software for the Mac (though I somehow was able to play this on a Windows), this game was about this Roly-Poly guy who went around and was trying to save the "Bugdom" from the evil Fire Ant King. Pretty basic plot, pretty basic level format, but still fun as heck for an elementary school kid. They had Bugdom at my school too and I played it all the time there; I was the best at it and I got the furthest through the game at school.
AAAAANNNYYYYWAAAAAAYYYYSSS, enough reminiscing. This game also had some pretty awesome level music for such a random '90s PC game. I always sung along to the tunes when I played. The one I chose in particular was one I thought was particularly cool. This song plays in the "Night" themed level, in which everything is dark and there are fire ants EVERYWHERE trying to fly around and kill you. Within this theme, I also mixed in a bit of the Level 1 theme and the Level 9 Theme (Level 9 being actually inside the ant hill.) I had TONS of fun remixing this song. I hope you guys enjoy it as much as I did!
