This is the first video in our series of building a metroidvania. In this stream, we begin to set the groundwork. We describe the plot & basic ideas we have for the game and show the current world design. By the end of the stream, we have a player that can move, jump, and wall slide in a sandbox scene we plan to use to work on basic abilities.
