1) Run "diskpart"
2) View the list of connected drives with "list disk" and press Enter
3) Select the desired drive with the command "select disk X" where X is the number of the drive you want to format and clean
4) Run the "clean" command
5) Run the "create partition primary" command
6) Select the partition with the "select partition" command
7) Run the "active" command
8) Format the drive with the "format quick fs=fat32" command
9) Run the "assign" command
10) Exit the tool with the "exit" command
