Cool game.

The system is built around increasing your multiplier by speedkilling enemies. The twist is, you get double the credit for enemies killed during a bomb. The stage portions aren't a big source of points, but going into the bosses with a high multiplier is important. At the same time, boss parts and phases generally give a lot more multiplier than anything you'll find in a stage - so you want to go in with enough resources to take advantage of that. It's quite a fun resource management game.

Your first extend comes at 10 million points, and each subsequent 20m.

The game also gives you rank for each stage and for the run in general (U++ being the highest). U is generally not difficult to get, but I haven't managed a + or a ++ yet - there's a lot of room to grow here. 250m should be a reasonable goal to hit.
