My first attempt at playing Bullet Soul Infinite Burst and Eschatos on the Xbox 360.
Both games are being played on the larger of my 2 TATE gaming set-ups (please see the videos of both of my TATE set-ups) and the footage was captured via HDMI using the Avermedia Live Gamer Portable in "non-computer" mode (ie: recorded directly to SD card without being connected to a computer). As I have stated previously, it is notoriously difficult to do TATE gaming justice when using a video capture device due to the orientation of the display hence the rather narrow and stretched view seen here.
Both games are decent vertical shoot em ups but not at the same level as DoDonPachi, Mushihimesama or Espgaluda (in my opinion).
Although they are both Japanese only (NTSCJ) releases they are thankfully region free.
The fact remains that the Xbox 360 is an excellent choice of console for shoot em up fans (along with the PS2). Please see all of my other videos of the various shoot em ups I own for both consoles.
Obviously if you are a massive vertical shoot em up fan then an Arcade Supergun is probably the way to go but this can be a very expensive route and is only really for enthusiasts. I do have a few Arcade Supergun videos on YouTube that you can check out if you are interested.
