Well it turns out many years ago someone called Antiriad on TPB had uploaded the first two volumes of this video magazine but had titled it wrong as Bulletin 100 so I never found it at the time. The original uploader of the first volume did not bother to tell anyone where to get them and now the second half hour episode is lost because seeding has long ceased. If ANYBODY has the original full 30 minute episode either upload it or please contact me before it is lost forever for all of us!

I upscaled the segments before combining to do my best to preserve even the existing VHS quality and I take no credit for this work. Part of this video was incorrectly uploaded as something else, the other was 4 minutes on it's own. All I did was combine what is left. I do not know if the original TPB uploader sourced and transferred from videotape either. But a big thank you to all of you. All I have done is partially restore what I can of the missing episode to and make it searchable for people looking for it. There are at least 2 games already I noticed that I now want to find and play on real hardware and some conversions I didn't even know existed. That is the whole point of these things, THIS is real retro gaming and diversity that most of the world knows and loves from my country (obviously I am not from USA or Japan then lol)
