Assault the VRAM | Tom Clancy's The Division - Ep 87

We start the episode putting some well deserved upgrades into the Security Wing, then we had back to Kips Bay to tackle the Assault the Stronghold encounter. We also had some VRAM issues. I think Steam game updates were the culprit (should have restarted Steam), but it made OBS lag.
