Another Codemasters "toy" racing game, but lacking the usual Micro Machines or any other sort of branding. I'm not sure if it was a lapse of license or just something they'd cooked up on the side, but you can see a lot of elements that made it into Micro Machines World Series later on. A bit slimmer than some of their other games content wise, but still fun and with a good variety of modes to fool around in.
