So, youtube doesn't want to display the last one I posted in HD... tried something different this time.

Just for clarification, the items I intend on getting are:
~ Dashboots - for speed. Without it I'd need to make lenghty setups to cross some gaps in the lab and in the lair too. Also, I can use phoenix kick to damage bosses. If there's one item that's not stricktly required by the game in this run, it's probably this one.
~ 3x Key Orb - Red is needed for the 2nd time expansion, Cattomic Plant, and Last Boss door. Purple to get the Walljump boots and access the Lab (I need to go through it for the Green Orb). Green for Septentorium, since the backdoor only opens once you've visited it once.
~ Walljump Boots - Without these I'd need one more key orb, since I wouldn't be able to use the Septentorium back door... and perhaps I'd need some more time expansions in the Lab shaft with lots of time walls.
~ 2x Time - I tried my best to skip the second time expansion, but the 1 second timed door is just too far away (even maintaining dash speed throughout the whole corridor, or max backdashspeed, I still end up far enough from the door that I don't get the chance to try some parry trick)

This sums up 7 items for 14%. Just enough items for lower than 15% o_O.

If I could skip one time expansion, I'd be able to get an extra item, e.g. stompboots, or a life expansion...
