Once round 6 starts you will hear the helicopter pilot ask you to help escort a survivor.
Once you find him, escort him to the spawn/place you start where the flare will be.
When he is saved, you will get the achievement.
The Abandon all Hope achievement asks you to do this 4 times in a single match.
And the Blood-Splattered Savior asks you to do this 20 total times.
